Over the 90 odd years since we manufactured Japan's first X-ray tube in 1915, we have pioneered the development of X-ray tubes.

Toshiba Electron Tubes & Devices is also a worldwide supplier of high cost-performance stationary anode X-ray tubes for dental applications.
For analytical and industrial fields, Toshiba Electron Tubes & Devices also offers a variety of stationary anode X-ray tubes for X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and other such analytical applications, as well as for nondestructive testing (NDT) and thickness gauging.
